I think that this year we should where possible try to play the young lads when we don't need to rather than wait until we have to play them, if that makes sense. That phrase "Squad rotation" springs to mind. I we can fit one young lad in each week ,then when injuries or suspension start to affect squad selection everybody is ready and up to speed. That will also help create competition for places later on.
