This is not only good news it may be a very significant policy shift for the Bulls, which could bear more fruit!
Whilst the individual appointment is significant and welcome, the way this chap has come into the organisation is interesting, and I've advocated for a long time now that the Bulls should make more use of 'volunteers' with specialist skills to help with day to day running and strategic decisions - I suspect there are a substantial number of highly skilled and qualified supporters who would love to give the club the benefit of their time, experience, and expertise for free and without it neccessarily leading to anything more. On a more basic level, the club shop ought to be staffed entirely with volunteers, or am I being too naive?
I work in construction and specialise in sustainable and low carbon technologies and some free consultancy which I'd be happy to provide could see parts of the new stadium development run almost cost free! Which I'm sure the club would be very interested in.
And, as for the original poster of this topic, maybe a fresh pair of eyes on that pesky salary cap problem wouldn't go amiss
