just heard on a wigan confrence when they have spoken to our new head coach Michael Maguire and he said that 6 months ago paul deacon made his mind up to come to wigan... I thought that was a little bit shocking

he might have decided to go their in a coaching capacity only once his bulls deal expired next year six months ago, but Id say he'd wouldnt have been able to go this year without our agreeing to it.

A few months ago, one of our correspondents - I believe it was AndreaB - gave a list of players she had heard would not be with the club next season. There were rumblings already about all but one of that list - Deacon. It would appear that her information was better than even she believed at the time!
