Secondly, For a 13 year old Dionne Bromfield has a great voice.

Thirdly, Soul, R&B, Jazz and Blues will be around for years after Hippity Hop and Wrap are long and forgotten.

Anyway I dont hate the style of music, its just not something I would buy off iTunes. Plus im not really into rap anymore either. Its not as good as it was in the late 90's.

Also I listen to anything as long as it sounds good. I just wasnt too keen on her voice.

And lets face it, growing up with Amy as her role model cant be a good thing. Any number of things could go wrong.

She was on GMTV this morning. For a 13 year old her voice is good but what comes across more is that she has such an old head on young shoulders. Maybe it was the wrong song, but the voice was no great shakes.

Good luck to her, obviously very taleneted. But overhyped. Plus why if she is that great is she trading on her Amy Winehouse connection?
