In the NRL players don't seem to get punished for fighting, not even a sin bin. The refs normally just tell them to calm down.

Can't recall to many players dislocating the knee cap, not sure on the recovery time on that.

dislocated kneecap is miles worse,could be out for any length of time,breaks are quite simple to fix compared to that.I know he has legs like a flamingo but footballer Jimmy Bullard did that,out for very long time.

With very bad leg breaks, the knee can move with the leg, i was playing in oldham one year when a mate broke his leg, his knee moved and we thought he'd dislocated his knee but turned out to be broken leg.

Yeah a broken leg should be about 12 weeks to heal. Dislocated knee depends on how bad the injury is.
