Don’t worry about Longy’s kicking he always comes good against us, he couldn’t hit a cows ar5e with a banjo before he played us last year then went 8 from 8 in our game, think he kicked one from the JJB……
Looking forward to Friday, always enjoy away days at saints even if we have took a couple of slappings the last 2 times we’ve been.
Close first half with us slightly edging it followed by us putting on our tin hats and taking a pummelling in the 2nd

Hull kr look a good side this year, they should've beat bradford and were beating leeds for most of the match. I wouldn't underestimate them at all. I fully expect them to be top 6 this year.
all that said we have the quality to beat them, but not no way never easily

| I don't think this will be an easy match at all. Hull KR look an even better outfit than last year and they've got plenty of soul, digging deep and keeping at it. While we defended very well by the sounds of it on Sunday we have a quick turnaround this week and if we don't have Graham and Cayliss again then we'll be lighter in the pack and a bit less rested, but they don't look so light to me and they've had the longer turnaround this week. I think it will be a challenge, but one I'm looking forward to watching come Friday night!

Without Cooke, KR will be a better team. When he was walking off at the end of that last game his kit was spotless. He looked like the Persil boy standing amongst his mud, grass and sweat stained colleagues.

Hmmm. With Graham and Cayless in I'd have no worries at all about this one. As it stands we are probably in for a tough match. If all of the players mentioned as carrying knocks miss out we'll be well and truly up against it.

Flannery IMO falls into the same category as Phil Bailey at Wigan. Solid but unspectacular.
However when they don't play it's then you notice how much they generally contribute to the team.
I'd like to bet that Flannery is normally one of the first players the coach picks in his side. |
