Hardly - this season's been a write-off since about 6 games in and there's nothing that could happen to make it any worse than it has been already from this point in. We all know Saints are several light years behind Warrington in most departments at the moment and just want to get our mullering in the playoffs out of the way now and then forget that the whole pitiful farago ever happened. I honestly can't understand this oozing Warrington confidence at the moment given past happenings in the playoffs. If I were a Wire fan I would be utterly bricking every single playoff game to come and furiously talking down my chances while the monkey is still very firmly there on the club's back. I certainly know I'd never go into a Grand Final confident again until demons have been excised by a win no matter what state we were in or who we were playing.... Lots of Wire fans are going to look a little silly if the unthinkable happens and Wigan, Leeds or (stranger things have happened) Saints knock you out again.
