He's a loss but we've just got to get on with it. He broke the rules and IMO rightly is paying the price.

It's not bad when we can move makinson in who is more than a good enough replacement.

Laffranchi ban for a game as well

Three or four weeks ago I'd have agreed but Wellens has been playing out of his skin recently. It's his experience and ability to read the game we will miss. I like Makinson and I think he will be a stalwart of the team in future but I'd prefer Wello there given the choice. Maybe we can utilise Tommy's pace there. Lafrannchi will be a big loss too - he's settling in now.

Without doubt we will miss wello with the form he's in but it's good we've got someone who can come in and do a good job for us.

Two big loses but still got the team good enough to beat Wigan.

Ridiculous to ban Wellens for that given his previous record. He should appeal. It looks far worse than it was, Wellens wasn't intending to tombstone him, it was a freak occurance. Laffranchi's is harsh as well.

Can't help but think the match this weekend is a factor in the decisions.

Wello decision has been appealed. I just hope he didn't register the appeal in the same way he greets decisions against us on the field.
