| This notion of Ryan "The Enforcer" Bailey is giving me a laugh or two. His involvement in the match as I saw it was:
Smashing Maurie in the tackle.
Protesting his innocence.
Taking the ball up and then running behind one of his own players to evade the waiting Saints tacklers ... and then being put flat on his .
Going missing.
Getting smashed by Graham.
Hardly the stuff of legend.
Let's be honest - the only "enforcing" that Bailey's half decent at is third man in kicking the living schitt out of someone lying prone on the pavement outside the pub.
I hear his shoeing technique is excellent.

| If Ryan Bailey is such an enforcer, why didnt he stand up to sculthorpe instead of being put on his backside. Same with Sonny Bill, Sonny Bill was waiting for him to say something so he could smash his teeth in, but Bailey couldnt even look him in the face.
Bailey is a $hithouse, a sentiment shared by a lot of players in SL

Is Bailey the player Scully refers to in his Biog about a player being the hard man but having little to back it up?

| Reading all your pre match posts is worth having Mr Bailey in our side for! he plays the pantomime villain role perfectly, he also did his job last Friday he wound your lot up to the point they nearly threw the game away. If I was you guys I'd be more worried about James Grahams ability to lose his temper and get wound up at the drop of a hat, Gilmour too! I mean it wasn't Mr Bailey who had to be warned and told to calm down whilst running on to the pitch was it? no Mr Bailey had just completed the tackle of the game and wiped out one of your players.
And as for the complete myth of him running away from James Graham on the hit up, I think you will find he actually ran looking for him! And as from the evidence weve seen all Graham could manage on Bailey was a third man in tackle.

He's got two big games against Saints and Bradford over the next few weeks, let's see if he can back up this so called hard man image.
Then again a Les cats player may have already done the business by then..

This post is giving me a laugh or two.
Smashing Maurie in the tackle - Fairly and legally.
Protesting his innocence - Because he was innocent.
Taking the ball up and then running behind one of his own players to evade the waiting Saints tacklers ... and then being put flat on his booty - Apparently according to some he went looking for Graham, I don't know as haven't seen the TV footage.
Going missing - By this i'm presuming you mean being subbed?
Getting smashed by Graham - Now this is the idiotic post. Getting smashed? You mean Graham came in as third man when Bailey was facing away from him and being held by two men. An act that numerous Saints fans have tagged as being Bailey's 'trademark' Perhaps you should look closer to home?

Peacock would trash him. The real deal is Peacock, only guy out there who reminds me of Scully in the fact he has no fear, and will, and would rip anyone apart if he had to, and with ease.
Jammer is coming along nicely though, and I am loving how he is becoming the daddy of props and still only a young mucker himself.

| Quote ="chris_joynt's_barber"here's some truths about him though..
he is a coward a bully a total gob$hite a thug a classless unskilled idiot that is very lucky to be playing in a top class team!
he loves to hit the smaller guy as he does it every game! when he comes up against someone his size he suddenly stops his attitude... he's always the 3rd/4th man in and hits people from behind(e.g the 1st fight in the w.c.c game ) funny how he was'nt as arrogant when james graham was seething and ready to fight him last night? and then when he carried on his $hithouse tactics and got more saints players riled up suddenly he was playing in the centres
he always seemed to be on the wrong side when the ball was played(amazingly) his coach was bright enough to realise he was going to either get mullered by someone or get a red card.
utter utter cock!'"
Summed him up well. The only problem is you haven't sussed out that these are his tactics. He riles the opposition, moves out wide to keep his cool and prevent the Saints players from venting their fury meaning they keep it pumping out of them for the rst of the game which distracts them from their game plan. Works to perfection every time. One thing you are wrong with however is saying he is a poor player. He's far from it.
