I wonder how much the club is actually worth now then, with it's new asset under its belt it must have gone up quite a bit. Someone somewhere must have to put a value on it all for tax and insurance purposes.

Well having looked back to the original announcement, Mike Coleman has since taken additional share meaning I've miscalculated his potential share of the club if (for if read when) he converts his shares.
If I'm right it will be 53% of the total so assuming he keeps his loan in as well it gives a current value of the club around £12M.

If this carries on next it will be featured on a Channel 4 Investigative Exposé Documentary! LOL!

Erm, I'm not being funny here but Langtree Park is better than the DW so I don't know where the Rolls Royce comparison comes in. Langtree Park has got all the feeling of a stadium that's geared towards Super League with freedom of movement behind the stands and a lazy sunny haze shining into the ground. The DW has all the charm and feeling of a Subbuteo-designed nuclear bunker.
