Same here (well, not the living in London bit). The number is the one on the website but it wouldn't greatly surprise me if it hadn't been updated following the move.

As a matter of interest, who have you emailed at the club? I may go down a similar route myself.

That's just shocking mate and why it gets me so frustrated, it just drives me mad!

After been given virtually a clean slate going in to a new stadium and we've still not learnt from our past mistakes.

I got shot down on here by Harry pinner who's stated I didn't deserve to be a saints fan after I criticised how poor saints are on the marketing side.

Sorry pinner but maybe this club don't deserve such loyal fans!

The fact I have to ask on a forum kind of makes my point.

I appreciate they are moving house, but they weren't moving house when I ordered my season ticket online in August and they sold me someone else's seat.

well in fairness they have moved me to good seats so I am happy with the result.

it just feels frustrating living away and not being able to get tot he ground to find out where my tickets are.

yes i don't need them until February, but I am anxious they have gone missing in the post. I have even been to my local sorting office to check if there is anything there for me.

It's a relatively minor issue in the scheme of things, but as I said - think of the orders and enquiries that are going unanswered potentially costing the club ££££'s

When I was in the shop today I was told everything is being moved over from Alexander park today so that could be part of the problem getting hold of people if everything is in transition.

Can't even be bothered with this anymore.

Let's just stop making excuses for them, they are missing out on trade every day because they moving to another shop!

Don,t think you can collect tickets from the town shoP now, saints official line is to pick them up from the stadium shop.

A week before Christmas and the buying online ticketing system has been down for over 24 hours.

Yeah I have been looking to get tickets since yesterday today. No luck getting through to their phone number either.

my season tickets arrived yesterday in the post and i collected them from the PO this morning.

panic over.

They've been having trouble with the servers moving to the new stadium this week.

One of the staff mentioned they have had to reconfig some of the data ports, so if the stadium is networked they might have trouble with the telephones as well.

Looks like the issues have been sorted with the shop online. Also looks like they have made some progress with sales with that troublesome C section in the south stand 111 sold out of 380 odd.

Still plenty of time for the late buyers on the terraces between now and start of the season. I think they will crack the magic 10,000 season ticket holders.
