I heard Carl Haggerty will sign for the Saints today, dont know how true this is.

I think KC could do a job at prop, he's certanly strong enough. Him plus a cayless replacement would be great thanks!

How? His talents are his massive strength, and distribution. If that doesn't potentially sound like an offloading prop, then what does? If you think we can get another player with his strength, skill and ability to change a game for the money he'll be on i'm all ears!

Another year older, already a history of knee injuries, you really think he wants to play another year to move to prop.

His natural talent is to control the pattern of play from dummy half. You say his talents is distribution and your correct, but distribution and offloading are entirely different things.

To retain KC to play him at prop is a total waste of time.

KC at prop is a daft idea. His body frame isn't suited to it, and his 'massive strength' was ended the moment he picked up that elbow injury.

I agree KC can't play prop. Maybe few years back he could but not now. Not a chance in hell he could play prop now.

He struggles to play a hour in two spells. He couldn't do the hard drives anymore. Kc is either better to retire or play as bit part hooker.

If your gonna get an good aussie prop you are leaving it a bit late!! All the first tear players have or would have wanted deals done already, the second tear signings have already been done too so it doesn't look good for you guys! If say an aussie international luke bailey type forward was coming the deal would have been done

Saints are believed to be speaking to a number of overseas forwards with Luke Bailey being strongly rumoured. Whether KC re-signs will obviously impact on who are able to get in under the cap.

Given weve replaced Gilmour with Soliola and Longy with Scott Moore, and Cayless returning home if KC signs then we will be shopping in SL.
I would take LMS not sure if hes under contract, or look at an impact player say a Ferriol at the Catalans.

Gilmour for Soliola is about equal, perhaps the new boy on a tad more.
Longy for Scott Moore will be a ridiculous mis match. Moore is still on the deal he signed years ago before he was a proper SL player so won't be on any sort of wedge compared to Longy who will have been the top earner at the club.
Cayless going is a whole overseas salary in itself and KC will be signing for a whole lot less if he stays for one more year.

There have been contract renewals for a lot of the kids but we should have room for at least one massive sigining.

I'd agree with this, if we're near salary cap with cayless and longy off, KC on reduced deal, let alone No Fozzard/Scully/Baloo/Bennet, etc out and only TP in, i'd be very dissapointed!
