It just wrecks my head how the club can be so shambolic. They couldn't even be bothered to let fans know there season tickets ain't available if bought after the 10th November.

Now they are telling fans thst have paid there hard earned money to buy season tickets that they might not be here in time to attend the open training session

They have made one extremely grave error. They haven't employed me. Now, if they'd employed me I would have got them so organised that even you would have been smiling.

My money was paid to saints RL so my problem is with them and believe me they will have a good ear bashing in the morning if my ticket ain't there when I go to collect it!

seeing as it's there fault, why can't they let us use the crappy little ticket like things we was given when we bought our season tickets? I don't care if they want to try the swipe card machines to see if they work or not, they have told us we can go so should stick to thst.

Incidentally, to whoever it was (can't be ahsed looking back) who whinged about season tickets maybe not turning up in the post on time, Saints have confirmed on Facebook that everybody should receive their season tickets in the post this week. However, if the same have not turned up by Wednesday then let the club know.

A 5 year old could run the club better than this current lot.

Your right there I always have trouble with tickets and like so many ordered my season ticket online and still aint got it and if I dont get it for friday I wont be a happy chap

I was thinking of doing the stadium tour with two course meal but I'm half expecting to turn up to be told they forgot to build a kitchen to cook but it's Barr constructions fault not ours.

I'm a very happy person who loves a top laugh with the lads and enjoy my life very much, in fact I wouldn't change anything.

What I don't like, is being lied to or messed about when I pay hundreds and hundreds of pounds every year at saints RL and then they show total lack of respect towards fans.

Blimey theres a lot of anger here , lets all have a group hug take a deep breath and relax , I have never dealt with ANY organisation who are perfect and as was said , sorting 8000+season tickets means mistakes will be made, at least the club are saying if you dont get your tickets in time let us know, so I would imagine they would make arrangements for you to get in somehow , I doubt very much if anyone said "Oh weve got their money so stuff em!!" we are ALL fans including Mr Mac and I am pretty sure they would like happy fans and not totally ed off ones , so cut em some slack guys eh?

The ponit us they told us we can collect them on the 1st, fair enough if they are few days late it's no big deal but they found have tried to let the fans know they ain't ready!

I very nearly wasted my time going, I know four peope who did actually go down there. Some people might have even paus fir bus, taxis, cR parking or lost a hours pay to finish early to collect them.

I know they couldn't ring everyone but they could have posted it on the saints website, twitter or Facebook.

It's not hard really it just takes a little effort and respect.

Can they not just post them out? Making people come and collect seems rather last century to me.

I am sure the vast majority of ST holders have got or ben posted their tickets with no problem I know Mrs G and I collected ours on Sat , but I suppose its true what they say " when you do something right nobody remembers , when you do something wrong Nobody forgets!!"

To be fair, that's how it should be.

It often frustrates me how amateur sports organisations are with their customer service.

The retail operations are one of the biggest money-makers within each of the clubs in Rugby League, but they are often run and staffed by minimum wage staff with little training.

I haven't followed the full thread, but basically if St Pete hasn't been given the service he has been promised, then he has every right to complain, no matter what anybody else says.

Every single year we have these kind of complaints, whether it is about ticket sales, or shirt sales. Considering these revenue streams bring in massive amounts for clubs, you'd think they would either be spot on, or manage them in a more professional way when things do go wrong, rather than having the customary 'old dear' in the shop being rude to people.

Saints have confirmed on Twitter that all season tickets for which postage has been paid upon purchase have now been dispatched.

Ordered my season ticket online and turned up today

Mine arrived today. Whats the point of the booklet AND a card? Surely things like special game entitlement can be built into the cards rather than lumping the book around with you?

Saints are probably nervous about the first season with a new system in place. The book is simply back up. I reckon next season it will just be a swipe card.

I went to pick mine up and if I hadnt double checked before leaving would have ended up taking someone else's ticket home!

I think people need to remember that both the Widnes game and the training event are little more than exercises to help get the safety certificate, they aren't major events.

I would expect the first home game to be promoted as the 'Official' opening.
