hell no, i still want you to get beat next week! But credit where it's due and I think we both agree that we saw a great game tonight that could have gone either way but I always thought it would take somethin really special to get past your defence. We got many repeat sets but still couldn't get past and that shows that we're still behind both yourselves and Leeds. We've shown good progress though since the horrible year in 2006 and IMO will continue to do so with our squad looking to have alot of stability, I guess we'll have to see if the new coach will want to make any changes which I presume he will.

Looking forward to the final even though we're not in it, should be a cracker.

Having just got back I need to say that Richards' try was a belter that would have graced any final and would have been a worthy match-winner in different circumstances.

It was class and typical 'never say die' Aussie mentality. Him and Geroge Carmont are a very good partnership.

No but todays game was generally played with a good level of sportmanship a and healthy respect between both clubs. For a semi final between two big rivals it certainly wasn;t a dirty game by any means.

And us fans are being quite nice too. There is no, or very little gloating going on. Then again is that because the idiots are out on the pop?

They are all on RedVee. It's like they are passing the braincell around between them as they post.

I worry this may be more likely the case.

Great game yesterday, which we could and maybe should have won, but that's three times this season that we've not taken our chances, so maybe we're not quite there yet mentally.

I'll bet there are some sore bodies on both sides this morning. That was Rugby League at it's best, 100% effort and commitment from both sides, none of this fancy dan tick and pass stuff.

Was a great game, terrible for the heart though.

TBH Brian, I don't agree with you that you should have. Yes, you mounted pressure, but you were clueless on what to do with it (and to be fair, so were we). But for Gardner being unable to catch the clap on Westfield Street and Gidley trying to smash a bigger man, you weren't scoring all night.
