Because it's a rumour I heard going round among Leeds fans. Not all rumours are credible, only credible rumours are credible and this is (as mentioned in the title) a ridiculous rumour.

I don't believe anyone from Leeds would have said the Senior for Roby one. Leeds have two first choice hookers, and a young superstar in reserve. Leeds are already short of one class centre, so why would they let the one they have go?

McGuire is a quality player, i think personally he gets invloved more than Pryce and is better on breaks at supporting. I'd think he has a better try record.

I was impressed with him in the World Cup, when he came on he at least showed some passion and did OK.
