| Quote ="saint at wire"Have tried talking to the shop before and got nowhere, can't beat face to face, so I'm sending my bruv' there tomow to try to sort it out.
There was nothing to complain about at the start of the year; it was straight forward - we got our season tickets last year and they got a little plan out of the new stadium with each seat coloured in that was already sold and said "now lads where would you like to sit" and we picked our seats. However, they said thats fine but at the stobart you will have different seats.
So here I was expecting a renewal invitation/notice with my new (better) seats in thew new stadium. How stupid of me.
'"
In your present season ticket book you should have an electronic ticket for Widnes and a paper ticket (a bit like a match ticket ) this paper ticket should be inside the front plastic wallet it should have on your seat number etc for the new ground.

| Quote ="saint at wire"Its not as simple as that. The seats we picked and were promised for the new stadium were not the seats we ended up with at the stobart. The renewal form doesn't take this into account and I'm struggling to get down to the shop or a forum.
We don't want our 2011 location - its c*ap!'"
I think they meant the equivalent allocation rather than the one at Widnes. Widnes was the 'fake' allocation if you like.
Are you on Twitter? If you are then tweet @Saints1890 with your questions or ask questions on the season ticket section of the Saints website and you will get an answer pretty quickly. You have until 30 September to renew and you can renew at the Saints shop as well so you don't need to panic.

| The seating plans could be a bit misleading on sales figures, are some of the seats shown as occupied being held in reserve for renewals and will become available if not renewed.

Yes, because current season ticket holders have the option to renew until 1 October. I haven't renewed yet as I haven't been able to get to a forum but I've been told by Saints that my ticket for next year is reserved until 1 October when it will go on general sale if I don't renew by then. So at present the situation will be deceiving. But I would imagine most people who bought season tickets for Widnes will renew for the new stadium. Only those whose situations have drastically changed will not renew as the monthly instalments are affordable even when unemployed.

Thanks I'll wait to see what they say to my "bruv" tomow!
I did submit the query on the on line form on the tickets page but sadly no reply as yet.
I'm on row F at the HJ which is a bit low for our liking and the seats we thought we reserved at the new stadium are in row M in the north stand (block NE) right on the half way just above where you enter the seated area. At the time they were not allowing anyone to reserve in the south stand as apart from the corporate bods, there was no release of seats there.
There was also a little gem of information on that page:

Hi. I have got a season ticket at present for the east stand at Widnes. When I renew it for next season at the new stadium, can I get a season ticket for the north or south stand at the renewal price of £232 ?
Saints Webmaster - correct!
[/iThats a good response.

| If anyone from the club is reading this, once the seats are in place, please do a 'view from your seat' feature on the website.
It's killing me not knowing what my view is going to be like. Waiting until February is too long!

Mystery solved (hopefully).
Apparently the row letters are not the "real" indicators of how high up you are.
So, you might think that row g for example would be 7 rows up from pitch level. However, you (as I was, would be wrong) - the first three rows near the pitch are for some reason unmarked/unlettered - the shop people didn't know why these extra rows existed.
If I am being told the truth then row g is actually 10 rows up from pitch level.
It all seems a bit weird and I'm not ssure I believe it (it all smacks a bit of deniability) but I suppose, I'll have to see.
Does anyone else know anything about these unamarked 3 rows?

No idea about the unmarked rows but I do know that Saints have dropped the letter I from the rows because it looks too much like a number 1. So everyone will have shunted one letter up as a result but that isn't reflected in the actual row that people will be sitting on.
The unmarked rows may have something to do with the disabled provision? There are a lot of pitchside disabled spaces and carers may accompany them so perhaps this is the reason? But that's just pure guesswork as I didn't know there were unmarked rows.

| I didn,t renew my season ticket this year and ended up purchasing 10 advance tickets for the same seat in the Stobart Stadium.
This morning I have purchased a season 2012 ticket on line as there are seats available on where I like to stand (sit) on the 40 metre line.
Ticket to be picked up at the town shop, question is will my season ticket be available to pick up now or is there a future release date for 2012 season tickets.

I think season tickets are available in November. Saints are sending a letter when it's time to pick them up.
