Maybe they will, but for certain they have more chance than a loser team that can't even scrape into the play-offs.
A team strings 5 wins together and you suddenly think you're the dogs' do-dahs. What about the rest of the season? You've no chance next year either. |

That did not extend to Millwart though, whom most of us detested with a passion!
The Bulls and Saints boards got on well too - was told that by more than one Bulls director, and there defo seemed mutual respect at that level too. Indeed, through that route I learned somewhat about the problems the Saints board had with Millwart.
Don't think recent history suggests any great love between the Bulls and Leeds boards though...!
I quite like (most) Leeds fans, same as I've got on well with (most) Saints fans over the years. The highlight for me was prob the time I came to help cheer you guys on against Brisbane that snowy night at the Reebok. Getting hugged by Saints fans (sadly mostly male...) at the hooter was an experience I never expected to have!
But I detest the Leeds hierarchy with the mother of all passions. May they all live in interesting times... |
