I was posting as someone who was actually IN the toilets after the game and was responding to tell you factually that there was no such trashing of the toilets. You can try and perpetuate this rumour as long as you want but it won't change the facts. This thread is just trying to create smoke where there is no fire!

My husband went into the toilets after the game and he said he did NOT see any damage done and for someone then to claim if the damage was done it was probably the BRIGANTES is way out of order. As your petty club wouldn't allow us to bring flags today you wouldn't know a BRIGANTE from any other speccy.

I have already enjoyed watching the game again celebrating with a bottle of wine and a nice meal with the family. Far from stropping I am calmly quoting facts to counter the ridiculous starting post. All I have heard in response is rumour. Come back when you have some facts.

I've tried to dispel, rather than perpetuate, the rumour by quoting the official club line at the time, but it seems you're having some difficulty with that. Apparently, it's quoted on redvee now that the club have confirmed there's nothing in it, so it really is good news.

A gracious apology wouldn't go amiss now that you are satisfied that the 'official' position confirms that no such incident occured i.e. the official position which eventually caught up with truth. It didn't stop some vile comments on redvee which most people would be assamed of.
