As I said on another thread, or it may have been on facetard actually, I rather fancy that Saints are unconvinced with this strip and are gauging fans reactions, before unveiling a 'safe' design that's been kept in reserve.

Interesting point you raise though, but I suspect it is more down to Puma, or rather their representatives at Genesis not being able to come up with a suitable design and manufacture a test version in time.

Only thing I would change is a white collar, I really like it.

Saying 'Make that V a bit thicker and we're onto a winner' shouldn't be that hard

The bizarre thing about that, is that Wigan will have briefed Kooga on what kind of style they wanted, and then Kooga will have come back with 10 or so designs, and THAT one got chosen.

That Wigan kit is awful. Especially those shorts, they're hidious.

Don't really like either kit. The Saints one is better with the white collar but that V is rubbish. The Wigoon shorts would probably look better with a pink top.

Thicken the Vee, shrink down the sponsor and have a collar.

Still think the best shirt of recent(ish) years was the Commodo one. Quality shirt that were.
