Had to listen on the radio tonight, but sounded a really good game. My husband and kids are there. Obviously a fantastic result for us, first time we've won at Knowsley Road for 23 years so very pleased.

We were poor and this I think will be the pattern to this season. When we're full strength we'll beat anyone, when we're two or three players down we'll lose most of them.

We don't have a divine right to win.

The ref was really poor, there's no doubt about it. Ian Smith simply isn't good enough to ref SL games. He's not upto speed and misses alot especially around the PTB. It's frustrating to watch a contest when the ref misses so much.

Having said that, we didn't deserve to win. We were awful and Hull KR without doing anything outrageous, won the game through hardwork and grit. They deserved the 2 points.

Did Vella and Cooke play for KR?

Please don't forget that we were also several players down - Vella, Gene and Cooke, to name but three.

Saints did NOT recieve 1 penalty in the second half. Says it all really!

HKR deserved that victory because we was'nt at our best. I thourght Fozzard was brilliant.

If the suggestion is that we're just a team of overseas players, there's probably every need. I think the poster needs to look at the facts.

Who mentioned Hull KR ? i couldnt give a rats ar*e how many overseas players you had tonight! I'm talking about MY team. We had 14 English lads out there tonight and 9 of them have come throu our academy. That is a great achievement.
