I was firmly in the camp of give the man a chance and let's see what he could do.

Since he took over we've had the big signings of Walsh, Masoe and Amor. We've had the cladding work starting and the outlay of the ever rare transfer fee for Amor.

Personally, I think there's also been a fantastic increase in communication between the club and the fans.

People are quick to lay credit at the door of McManus, but in terms of player recruitment Mike Rush and Nathan Brown are two of the major players, McManus is the chequebook behind the promises.

I know he's only been in the job a few months but the progression the club have made both off field and improving our chances on field during his tenure show that he is doing a great job.

Massive credit to Mike Rush for me, keep up the good work.

Not to forget the headaches when the catering contractor folded weve taken on a new arm of the business, all profits to the club. The events & hospitality is better than its ever been!

Early days. The easiest thing in business is the quick wins at the start. It's how the long term develops that counts.

You tend to hear his name, with some players discontent? also,he backs fully Nigel Woods two leagues, with leagues splitting, saying he can't understand people, who claim it's not easy to understand and complicated.

The new system is not complicated. It's a poor debating arguement. You could try to argue that there are better systems and why they are better systems. But saying it's complicated is just a lazy excuse to dislike something without thinking about it.

As for Rush as CEO, if that's a job he excels at all power to him.

It does not mean I thought we stagnated a little last year. Some of the issues still being resolved are issues that came up last year and the year before.

He was a very effective coach, but so is Brain Noble. It does not mean I have to like the style of play, just because it's effective.

Fair to say that since his appointment things seem to have improved off the field.

With what seems to be: better recruitment, more interaction with the fans, the stadium has improved aesthetically with the cladding and the hospitality has had to be taken in-house. It also seems like there will be future improvements such as a permanent screen etc.

It's a good start and I think he should take a lot of credit.

Can't say the bar queues are any shorter or the service any better since we took over. The tills still crash every game.
At the last game they were still serving the half time queue 10 mins into the second half.
I've not been to any of the hospitality events so its good news that they are better than ever.

He is basically like most SL CEO's, the chairman's / main shareholders' bag man.

When the cladding was announced it was Sir Mac who fronted it, same with player signings. With a hands on Chairman, I'm not even sure we need a CEO.

As for Mike himself, I don't know him, so can only go off what other people who do know him have told me, which is he either likes you or he doesn't and if he doesn't there is not much you can do to redeem yourself.

So far so good but tbh it didnt take a stroke of genius to figure out we needed some props and halfbacks.

We've managed to get two decent players from the NRL, despite being told we wouldn't be seeing any sort of quality coming this way due to the new wages. That's pretty good going.

I doubt we were the only people after Amor. After criticising the club for missin gout on Hill for the sake of a small amount, I think its been a very positive move for Amor.

I think to everyone but the above average supporter it is, same as the play-offs, also it is not the right system full stop, if the change is going to happen, straight relegation and promotion, and leave it at that.

The New system is not complicated at all, whether it will have the desired effect of producing high intensity games after the "split" we will have to wait and see.
The beauty of the system is clubs can find a level they are comfortable with yet still mix it with the big clubs.

He was the manager of the Cafe Bar, don't know if he still is though. I don't think he was in charge of the concessions in the ground.
