Apparantly so!

Gilmour has played on the Wing for GB I think. It's a shame about Foster it would have been good to have his kicking available

Wheeler has played winger for us and did a great job, it was a kr but can't remember against who? Gilmour to wing is a little brave to say the least. I'd go with Eastmond and Wheeler on the wings, both got great footwork and speed.

i think it would be daft to play both Eastmond and Wheeler on the wings, playing out of position. Who plays on the wings for the under 18's and reserves? although they would be young and inexperienced, surely it would be better to have an out and out winger on one wing

Who would be at left centre then? A ghost? Or should we start auditioning from the Scaff?

I think Eastmond is injured isn't he?

In fact, are any of this year's recruits actually fit at the moment? Ashurst maybe?

Reserves both injured and academy wingers are nowhere near ready for 1st team.
Eastmond and Wheeler are both very fast and full of confidence, so why not?

Couple of times actually against Salford and Leeds when he scored a neat try late on.

Its not often we will have 4 "wingers" out at the same time so am happy to see Kyle and Gary on the wing when we are this short they are both quick off the mark, agile and have good hands - don't think Gilmour is an option now 10 years ago maybe.

Do worry about our front row though we are crying out for another prop, Gateshead was an ideal time to give Graham a week off and with Cayless and now Bryn potentially out we are threadbare - Tony P will almost certainly have to start prop on Friday, Maurie will have to have a decent game and probably Cloughie to carry on being an Andy Platt alike!

TBH, Turnstile Gardner is a bigger loss to us than you.

Please can nobody suggest Wellens on the wing ever again. EVER.

Depending on other injury sitatuations, first choice on wings should be Wheeler and Eastmond, with Gilmour & Gidders at .

If we need Wheeler at , go with Lomax on the wing.
