Super Saints Into The Four with Tigers WinThe Super Eights arrived with a bang as the champions elect, Castleford Tigers, welcomed a St Helens side striving for a top four finish and a berth in the play-offs.
Remarkably, Matty Smith was back in the Saints line-up after suffering an horrific eye injury in the way game at Leeds Rhinos at the end of June. The Tigers were mostly unchanged with Grant Millington back in the starting line-up and a couple of changes on the bench.
A win for the Tigers would put them just two points from the Minor Premiership, a win for Saints would lift them into third spot ahead of the rest of the round being completed.

| Great win for the boys, brilliant defence against Cas, the only team to beat them at home this season, but again making silly unforced errors giving away penalties, but take nothing from the boys a great result.
Saints quietly going about our business and sneaking into the top 4 as the dark horses. Holbrook certainly turning it around from the first half of the season we had under KC and the Holy Trinity.
Have we just witnessed the dress rehearsal for the semi final? Dare I wonder......
Role on Hull, beat them and we joint 3rd. COYS!
