It was funny in Wire quarters. We're generally good fans and will always give credit where it's due. But when someone takes the mickey for years, it's lovely when when things are reversed.'"
But the shoe isn't on the other foot. That one "jammy" night in 2014 is still one more Championship than your club has won in 60 years. The likes of Featherstone Halifax, Dewsbury, Oldham have all won it more recently. Swinton have fallen from grace enough you send your fringe players to play there, and they still have won a Championship almost a decade more recently than Warrington! If it is that easy to get lucky and win a Grand Final, I can't help but wonder how Warrington haven't managed it yet.
