It will be very difficult. Would you rather play an experienced first teamer out of position, or risk it with an academy player in the correct position? For me it is the latter, so I would go with:
Wellens, Swift, Turner, Jones, Makinson, Hohaia, Charnock, LMS, Howarth, Laffranchi, Puletua, Soliola, Jones.
Walmsley, Greenwood, Percival, Clough

Personally I'd play Percy and Turner down the right with Turner on the wing. That combo would rip Dixon a new one and would score a few points. It also has the pace to handle him in defence.

I was going to suggest Dixon was lucky that Meli was out, as he'd give him a torrid time. Whilst he's obviously got some goods in attack, he's reportadly error prone and not great when faced with a physical winger - See Dixon vs Alex Brown. |

"I can honestly say I feel fitter now than I've ever done," he says. "I train six times a week at a gym in Wigan. Then there's the boxing, the cycling and other stuff too.
"If anything, it's actually a higher intensity than when I was playing and I've been at it since the day I retired."
So what about a comeback at the age of 35?
"I know I could do it. No problem."
