Sorry to here you still have not got your season ticket. For me the transition including the Xmas period is now over so my stance has changed. If this problem involves a lot of supporters they should be making a statement on the club news and send out any outstanding tickets next day delivery free of charge.
The problem I had last year was my first "home" game at Widnes my seat was sold twice, luckily I got another seat 2 rows back for the rest of the season. Hope this scenario dosn,t happen at Langtree Park.
When I picked up my season ticket last month from the shop, it was a "physical" one ie loads of white envelopes in a box one with your name in there, your envelope was handed over, but I didn,t see them enter anything on the computer to register the issue. This means they can,t cross check what tickets have been issued, so if they have a few mis placed ones they might think these have been issued but the system can,t confirm this.
Don,t know what system other clubs use wonder if Rogues can advise if they come across with similar problems.
