I went and queued up at the town cente shop this morning to get our tickets. The queue was big and the shop said we would have to queue for about half an hour as they only had one ticket machine. It took us just over an hour but I have my tickets. 2 adults and 1adult /concession £46.50
Can I post a big thank you to the lady in the office who has just sorted out our tickets. We live 90 miles away and have stand season tickets. After spending all day yesterday and about an hour this morning trying to get through on the phone and failing we thought our seats would just get sold to the first person that walked in the shop at the right time. Anyway we managed to speak to someone at the club who passed a message on to the ticket office about our problem, and a lady has just phoned me from the ticket office on her own mobile (because the ticket office lines are jammed) and I've managed to get our seats booked and paid for. Great to have a good customer service story to report about the club.
