I don't think so no, he is to unreliable. His passing is woeful and his kicking game has gone downhill over the last 12 months. Personally I think this is more down to age and the fact he has had a lot of injuries rather than being down to the skills of SL (although in all fairness his passing has never been a strong point).

He has been a great player for Saints but I think the board where right not to offer him another 2 years.
