Just to bring the thread back on topic, I'd just like to point out that my reaction of "Sack Potter" was only applicable if he'd put Eastmond's well-being at serious risk by not taking him off.
The moment he was scragged, he was useless. He couldn't run, he was in pain, and he was at risk of making the injury worse with every play.
If Eastmond refused to come off, then Potter's off the hook. But I can't agree with keeping a crocked player on the pitch, it weakens your team and it risks the player's health. Even taking him off and leaving the team short would be better because at least you KNOW you've got to stretch your defence, rather than not knowing whether Eastmond's leg will give way just at the vital moment and leave you wide open.
But it's mainly the risk to young SL talent that gets me.
