He was poor. By his standards. It doesn't make him a bad player though.

He destoryed us at KR earlier in teh yea,r he talked the game up in the press, came onto teh field and did exactly what he said in the papers. The lads a gem, and would rival you for muscle top wearing contests  |

However, seeing someone of his ability hiding out in the centres all day was ridiculous. |

It seems to me that almost everyone who played for England in that so-called international game have either been 'flat' or downright awful in their following league games.
Did the French put something in the wine, or wot?

Well he certainly didn't want to know towards the end. Both Maurie and KC ran straight through him in consecutive tackles.
He is good at being offside and clattering a young kid though.  |
