I was eagerly anticipating, and mostly let down by, the new Misery Index record. Those opening two tracks though...
Was also very eager to hear what Cult Leader could produce since Gaza were incredible. Their new EP is solid but lacking a little, perhaps I need to stop comparing to Gaza.
Direwolves's first full length following their outstanding EP from last year is sounding great so far.
I have moderate interest in Machine Head, but the songs I've heard so far from their upcoming album sound poor.

That's unfortunate. I managed to get a seated ticket (would've preferred standing) at Manchester, and I spotted Marr's signature guitar at the sound check, so I kind of knew from the beginning he would appear. |
