Springsteen in Leeds last night was unreal. Simply outstanding

Last night was my 15th gig and I know I say this after everyone but it was well and truly the best yet. Take a bow Mr Springsteen, your crowd surfing was amazing

I got very close to him as he was walking between the pit and the rest of the standing folk

Can't argue with the second sentence either. I thought the whole thing from driving into the Merrion Centre to getting out onto the motorway was handled very well. We just had one hiccup, I was in the disabled viewing area and the removable seats were randomly numbered and not spaced out for wheelchairs correctly. The steward came across, told us not to worry we wouldn't miss a thing and he would make sure all who needed to be seated were. Even the stewards in the Merrion Centre were great, really helpful.

The accoustics were great and Bruce even mentioned anything in that venue would sound good!

Well done Leeds Arena, looking forward to seeing more gigs there in the future.

Chocking Susan played the Star in Manchester on Sunday they were on with the superb Dirt Box Disco. Ive seen Chocking Susan a few times before they are ok but nothing special, they are over again to play Rebelloin. Jaya the cat are also on at Rebellion.

Did`nt make Stoke despite my best intentions. Seen Choking Susan a few times and the`ve done it for me each time.
Made The S&G to catch Dirt Box Disco blowing the place apart yet again.

Can't make Rebellion for a number of reasons, but happy to see JTC on their homeward bound tour. I'm hoping someone can give me a pit for the night so I can stop and party with them

Unfortunately not. I would have loved to have seen Balphagor, Lamb og God and the mighty Slayer but have other plans this weekend.

my friends son has gone, he loves his black metal (he's even recorded a few demos with bands Nefarius Dusk, Helvellyn & Ulfarr, as well as performed many times with Volition), not my scene though i wouldn't have minded watching Anthrax, Slayer, Accept, Voivod, King Diamond, Death Angel, Exodus & Xentrix

The live stream from Bloodstock was pretty good. Particularly loved seeing Avantasia and Sabaton


Steelhouse Festival was amazing - Saxon brought The Eagle and Schenker was top of his game. Also loved Skam who I have never seen before and Trucker Diablo who put on a storming set.
