| Hi
As your representative I am at the fans forum next Wednesday. Does anyone have anything that they want bringing up?
Interested in anything not 'team' related, but specifically fan experience, season tickets, merchandise, etc.
Add comments below and I will take them with me.

| Ask them what their plans are for the transition of the front row.
How long do they see JP and Kylie going on for, and who do they see taking over from them either our juniors or external signings? The interchange props are not getting any younger so if we are looking at having 4 props in the match day squad then with 3 well over 30 (JP, Kirke and Kylie) and another (Bailey) moving into his 30's now, can we expect to see more game time for the likes of Singleton. How do we plan to deal with injuries in the front row?
Also, how will they manage the situation with Sutcliffe and getting him more game time so he can continue his development. He needs to be given more responsibility over the course of the season, how will they achieve this? What about the other juniors, will they have to wait for injuries or will we introduce them more to give them experience and some of our older players a break?
Oh and finally will we continue to pick players on reputation and when injured or will we change our philosophy here?
That should do for starters....

That bit passed you by then?
Please do not turn this into a team thing - that's what the rest of the board is for and I am sure that Brian and Gary get all their ideas from what you post there anyway!

| I'm sure this is not doable, but could you ask them to provide more alternatives to carlsberg and tetleys in the stadium bars? Maybe even start offering local brews from Kirkstall brewery or Leeds brewery

Agree, after drinking what can only be described as luke warm pi$$ at the Catalans game back-end of last year.

| The long room bar provides black sheep bitter on draught throughout the cricket season.
Is there any possibility that could be introduced on the Rugby side?
The only drink worth trying is the Guinness.
The Wilson's pie van has been a good venture.
An update on the "new" southstand would be useful.

I've got one. Not squad related. And typical of how we operate these days, different to where we were a few years back.
I am often at a few sporting events, for son, daughter, and community events, and speak to a fair few. One issue that was repeated a few times in December from a few disgruntled mums, was the issue with buying the season tickets. With your ticket comes the £10 voucher to spend in the shop.
Four of the mums voicing this was that they specifically bought the season tickets at the ticket office in person, and expected that as it was in person, they would be handed at least their £10 off vouchers there and then. The reason was is that they were also going to buy replica tops for their kids, etc. Yet they were told they could not get their vouchers as they would be sent out later in the pack. Really, wouldn't have been any skin of their nose to just give the vouchers at the counter and not send them out? I can understand the ones online or telephone.
Obviously from the club point of view, it was probably deemed they would spend the money anyway for Christmas, so why give the voucher, as if they wait they might never get used.
i know a lot of the biase will come out defending the club, but just thought it was worth raising this, as it does seem a harsh tactic for that period, for customers who have made the effort to go to the counter personally and purchase season tickets.

| I currently get a season ticket at student rate. This means that i can only 'invite a friend to a game for free' who is also a student (or a child). Unfortunately, i am a 'mature postgraduate student' (aged 27!) so i don't actually know any students to take up this offer.
I have several friends and family that would definitely take up the offer (they went to world cup games at £5 each and had a good time), however, these are all adults as you would expect. I tried talking to them about this in the ticket office on the phone and in person last year but with no success.
I appreciate the vast majority of student season ticket holders will be aged 16-22 and either at college or doing undergrad degrees and thus with lots of friends happy to take up the offer. Maybe from a club perspective it makes my situation a non-issue.
However, bearing in mind i have taken people cheap to the world cup and they had a great time, it seems a bit sad that they cannot take advantage of seeing a free Rhinos game. £20 is a lot to cough up for something you are only attending because your friend keeps going on about it all the time! I am sure that given a free / reduced adult ticket, they would come back.
Last season for instance, i dragged my partner along for free (as i bought her a ticket for her birthday as she was interested to go but would never have paid so much herself). Similarly, a family friend travelled 80 miles for a game i got him a ticket for for his 50th birthday. Both of those don't know a lot about rugby league but said they would like to go again (and pay) this season. It's just last season i effectively ran the club scheme with my own money as they are both adults!
A student ticket for a game in the South Stand (where i am) costs £12. Is not possible for the club (bearing how few people will be postgraduate mature students like me) to allow some concession / flexibility and grant an adult ticket for the 'bring a friend for free' scheme?
If not, how about the chance to 'upgrade' this offer at a reduced rate - ie. instead of bringing a 'student friend free' (as i have none!) bring an 'adult friend free' but pay the difference between the two tickets - £8?!
I am being offered a free £12 ticket each season that i can't use but have 5 or 6 adults that would snap my hand off if they could go for free or even at the £8 difference.
Paying £20 for something you have little understanding of is a lot by anyone's standards. How many people would pay £20 to see a band they didn't know (for instance)? Very few, unless with enough disposable income. In contrast, if it would be free or £8 you would be more likely to take a punt as it is a couple of drinks' worth of money and more worth doing.
I'm sorry this is so long-winded, but hopefully it makes sense? Let me know if not. Thanks.

You sound like Peter Smith....
I did miss that bit, and assume you already have a whole raft of points to raise on the playing side and don't need any more?
Oh and Brian and Gary taking onboard my ideas, other coaches have for years so why should they be any different...

| Agree with the issue of alcohol served in the Southstand bar, can you also raise the issue of when the bar is "open" they are never actually ready to serve, beer has to be pulled through, pies are cold, staff are not prepared even though the "security" let people in..
Mens toilets are a disgrace, never ever seen a cleaner in there. Don't blame them to be honest..

And also ask about the buy a brick for the north stand.Do those who bought one expect to see them with the development finished in their lifetime?

| Can you ask why "Ronnies club" parties are so pathetic and why the kids who train on a Saturday morning with the Junior Rhinos are still waiting for kits to play matches in and don't get any half time games or the chance to show what infact the Junior rhinos are all about.

| On boxing day, drunks allowed in Southstand two minutes before kick off stood right infront of us (a family group who had been stood there for an hour). When a steward arrived WE were asked to move.. When we refused point blank, drunks were placed in yellow zoned off area behind us. This matter has been resolved in recent years...please don't let it start again!
