Can't imagine we'll see Newman at Leeds next season. His defence is poor at the moment but he's not getting the chance to show his ability in attack.
I really hope there is a realisation at Leeds that we aren't actually competing. We're trying hard but basically clinging on. Wins v Hull and London have given a false impression of where we really stand in the league.

I've never seen an opposition team laughing so much during a game. There's such a chasm between us and Saints. We're not at all competitive and there's not much sign of any improvement in recent games. If Saints had been more clinical in the first half, they'd have had at least two more tries. This season is a write off. I get the argument that changing coaches mid-season rarely pays off, but neither does flogging a dead horse. Time for a change of coach.

I have to question players a bit too in this... when does it trigger in players minds, both experienced and new, that they don't think Rohans tactics / strategy are working? Couldn't Sinfield JR and Co approach Cam Smith as captain and "suggest" to try a different method of defense / attack? So that Cam can relay through chain of command to Rohan?

Apart from the cross field chip over the top, what in Smith's rugby would anyone believe in? There is literally nothing other than that kick. We aren't even exciting but error-prone, we are boring to watch and error-prone doing the most simple things. |

I've said it before but what the hell do they do all week in training? They can't pass, catch,kick. No heart or spirit. X man of Steel obviously a one season wonder and coach way out of his depth. What mess our club is in.

No point commenting on that disastrous performance tonight, literally out of our current squad we have about 5/6 players who put effort in and try to perform the rest are a waste of time. If Rohan Smith isn't out of the job by Monday then I don't know where the club goes from been battered last 2 games it's time to going pull the plug on Rohans circus there's nothing else to say end of he has to go NOW.

In 45 years of watching this is probably the softest team I've seen turn out for us. We play like a troup of cub scouts. There has to be a change. While the rest of the sport will laugh, the truth is that Rugby League needs Leeds Rhinos to be a lot, lot better than this. Shameful. |

I didn't see that second half coming. Well in the game on 35 mins, then we clock off again and concede right on half time. When we needed to come out firing second half we dished up a garbage 10 minutes and lose the game. It blew out in the end.
You know it's not your year when your on-loan reserve injury cover winger gets injured in the first half hour.

100% agree I don't actually mind about the results if the committment and culture is right but we look like a ship without a captain drifting aimlessly. Would rather wait to end of season and get a full reset. RS only part of the issue whoever comes in should bring a wholevteam of coaches as the back up to RS at Leeds is sadly lacking |
