I do like the lad but if he’s first grade Leeds quality, why has no other SL club taken him yet?

Right now he looks a decent Championship standard. It happens that some lads just don’t kick on after promising junior careers. He still has time to play his way back into the top flight - maybe he just needs a few years more under his belt playing open age.

I’d rather give the chance to Stephens or Tindall on the wing once we’re safe: we’ll get some learning out of that at least.

IMO Golding isn't good enough to play SL regularly at present and that is why he is at Featherstone on Dual Reg

IMO Golding is also going to have to take a step backwards if no SL club comes in for him moving forwards,and to back his ability

The conundrum for Golding is does he see his Rhinos contract out whilst being out on Dual Reg (As he quite rightly deserves to do as he is clearly on good money)

But then when Golding's contract runs out (and if he doesn't stand out as one of the best player's in that competition) then any prospective club wishing to sign him would offer him a contract based on being a Championship player

I don't ever foresee Golding coming back to bite us on the ar5e tbh as we have Walker and also numerous juniors that are far better than him, but I certainly wish him all the best in the future as he is a very good player and an even better bloke,He also loves the Rhinos club to bits

Golding has more chance of playing a first team game than Ward.
Seriously I hope he does get back but it will be for 10to 15 mins at most before he is shot.Can we take the risk if we have to win.

I’m expecting the SouthStand to give Edwards a bit of stick, it’ll be interesting to see how he reacts, he certainly struggles to control himself.

Goulding has it written into his contract that upon reaching a certain Amount of 1st team rhino appearances a trigger activates a pay increase.

This is why we are not seeing him play nothing else his attitude is first class.

Not activating a clause is not reneging on a deal. Just face it, unfortunatley the kid isn't good enough

Have a feeling we could see a dirty game. Some of the Leeds forwards will inevitably try to wind-up Edwards - it will take a professional effort from the Catalans to stop it 'kicking off' after last week. At least Tomkins and McIlorum won't be out there.

Hello again Rhinos. Well we have got 2 back ,but Yaha and Langi have not made it. So 2 young French players,Albert and Romano will be in the backs. Our forwards look okay although Mcilorum will be missed . I don't think your fans will be able to wind Edward's up

Hicks an utter joke yet again. Can stop the game to look at Hurrell’s tackle but not the crusher on Cuthbertson. Amongst yet more bizarre decisions. There was only 1 team in that game until Hicks decided to get Catalans out of trouble.
The fact only 1 side has been penalised for offside and only 1 side has been penalised for a dangerous tackle and on both those occasions it’s Leeds is disgraceful.
