I don't understand why they would decide to do that. They had ample grounds to send Leuluai to the sin-bin already having decided (on the touch judge's intervention) that it was late.

The video review panel looked at 23 incidents from the 13 Easter fixtures and concluded non were worthy of a disciplinary hearing.

I think the Easter programme is our equivalent of the State Of Origin series when it comes to the judiciary.
