Lee Smith showed last season that he was GB's best full back imo. Fantastic young talent who has been lossed to our great game because of a turnstyle Kiwi.

Webb is good in patches, infact i'd say he is awesome in patches. However he is also rather shocking in patches imo. I've seen him brushed off so easily by the weakest of attackers. He aims for the head too much.

Smith is possibly the best British full back which is why its' such a shame he's not moving to another RL club.

However most fans do. Wigan fans did it to Sean Long when he broke his cheekbone and Lee Gilmour in the same match. Your lot did it to Faasavalu this year and i've no doubt our lot have done it (just cant recall any specific incidents)

Webb was awesome tonight! Smith is awesome!! We are really lucky at Leeds that Webb could miss a few weeks and we feel confident smith will do the job with flying colours!! I know we debate a lot on here about our lack of strength in depth but the fact we have top class cover in such a crucial role shows that all is not bad!! We have 2 maybe 3 full backs better than most teams in sl!

On the Smith-Webb debate, well there is no debate, Webb is not only the best FB in SL, he's one of the best players in SL. Smith is great prospect and in many ways is already a top SL player, but not in Webb's class at the moment. Smith would be leaving regardless of Webb.

I'd wager that until you saw last years Grand Final that the thought never even entered your head. Smith played a blinder last year, and is capable of doing it again, but that doesn't make him any better than Webb. It's a shame to see him go as I think the sport would be better with players like Smithy staying, but life goes on, and it just gives BJB a chance to push for the FB slot next season.

Classic last night - the guy next to me in the South Stand was chanting "Yorkshire, Yorkshire" whilst poking his hand toward the Bradford fans..... Obviously, geography wasnt his forte at school........
