Walker - indefinite
Newman - 6 to 8 weeks
Hurrell - 2 to 3 weeks
Handley - 4 weeks
Lui - 10 to 12 weeks
Holroyd - indefinite
Mclelland - 4 weeks

Eastmond - debut v St. Helens in CC.

Not good for Holroyd.. what’s he done? Leaves us a bit light.
Mclelland also had a big chance now that’s gone with his injury

Injuries are a worry concerning Holroyd....seems to have had several medium to long term issues in his fledgling career to date.

Good job we brought King in. Might not be world beater but he gives some depth. Glad we didn't sit and wait for someone to turn up.

It might be a while until king turns up given that he didnt even know which boots to put in against huddersfield.

The stud thing is something the coaching staff should have spotted also before he took the field He is raw but with the right coaching I don't think it will take him that lo gto get to the standard required. For the short time being I think we willl go with Oledzi Tetavino Prior and Thompson in the front row.

I take your point on studs but there's raw and there's raw.i obviously hope he turns out to be a great signing and provides us with something noticeably different or better than Thompson.

Agar commented in the after match press conference about his studs been inappropriate for the conditions. I can forgive him that on his first time out in the UK. Plenty of regular super league pros seem to have a hard time keeping their feet week after week, some of ours included.

He's really good offensively,, but is a terrible defender at them moment. He'll definitely get some minutes this season though
