The chaps on here are correct, the money comes from the firm and generally over the last 20 years we have had the tickets we have been able to fill the seats, they are tax deductible ( do you know what tax is) and we can reclaim the VAT, so generally for corporate entertainment Client enjoy coming and having a few beers, we also have clients who support other teams so it's a good way of saying thank you to them for their support to me. The reason for my post is simple, I have struggled to fill the seats this year because the effort has been terrible and clients who enjoy watching Rhinos want to see them play well, so yes it has been an effort to fill the seats. Going forward the club has debts of £14 million, hence the price hike for next season, what I was trying to get over why should we be expected to pay such huge price increases to have tickets for next year to basically watch rubbish, we don't even know if we will be watching SL or the Championship, however on the other hand the more corporate suites they fill it will contribute in help keeping the remaining seat prices and standing to an acceptable level, so I say to you the more who pay for corporate entertainment the quicker the debt will fall.

Corporate entertaining is strictly none tax deductible and the VAT cannot be reclaimed - if you choose to categorise as an expense then you would save CT and re-claim the VAT if you can get away with it. Depends on your appetite for risk

If i can afford a Carnegie ticket & sit with my friends I prefer that to hospitality.

Me and my brother got our first Junior season ticket in 1999 (28:£20), and parents followed shortly after. I gave up a few years ago because I moved away from Leeds for work, and think the squad investment has been poor for years. Seems like 2018 could be the last season for my folks if there is no investment soon, and I mean good players not more projects and cast offs. Not worth the money, even at a concession rate.

And hopefully no more arguments about it, but if anyone is giving away hospitality, my parents have been watching dross all year, and it's their 40th anniversary.

I expect the South Stand to be at least £350, wing seats.

I believe these prices have been on hold for several years and below many of our competitors, so we are due an increase regardless of the improvements to the stadium.

As the North Stand (Rugby) will not be ready until the end of Aug 2019, there may be a few that do not want to go in the South Stand as a temp, so yes I agreed

North standers can only go in the south once the current south stand members have made their choice.

So if all the southstand seat go then there will be nowhere for those in current temp. Northstand to go?

I doubt the club would allow that to happen.

I find it almost impossible to believe the North Stand will take another twelve months to complete. It needs to be ready for the cricket in May for starters.

Not enough room - North stand will get priority in the Southstand for this year - there is simply no alternative other than not renewing their ST's - and that will not happen

West Stand is free, the could put the marque up there next year

If you're in the mindset of 'North standers will get first choice in the south stand seats'

You're going to be majorly disappointed.
