Leeds could lose this one...they look so damn shaky in defence. Attack not bad, but defence is awful. McGuire needs to learn to keep his cool - it's a worrying prospect that he is lined up to be captain for 2016.

The only difference I can see is that Shenton was trying get across to the ball carrier, while McGuire was just stood with planted feet. Perhaps they are seeing that Shenton was obstructed because he was trying to get the tackler.

Terrible. Cas were nothing special, Gale was superb, but they gave us enough chances to win, but the defense in the middle was horrendous, Delaney is a passenger, I'd get rid to be honest, he's weak in contact, and he has the worst hands I've ever seen.

With Sinfield, and Aiton out I think you can stick a fork in this season, IMO.

Can't maintain intensity for 34 weeks. Looking heavy-legged, mentally fatigued and disorganised. Hard to see how you turn it around from here.

Defense in the middle was woeful. You can't win games playing like that. Seemed no spark in attack either. Lilley went ok but offered little more than dummy half passing. Many more poor performances than him. No idea why the props didn't come on until the 50 th minute. They looked the best of the pack

But the thing now if we do still by some miracle finish it will have lost its shine as we are now reliant on 'favours' from other teams, rather than showing a dominant force and we will just be a team that has limped over the finish line...

It's simple, Aiton has been injured. Our defense in the middle is like Swiss cheese at the minute.

We managed to cover the loss of Aiton for a reasonable time.....he has been the key. We didn't need him at Wembley, but his absence is making itself known more and more. Take nothing away from Lilley, but the positive unpredictability of having Aiton on the field has gone now.

Injuries were always going to be a factor in Leeds winning/not winning the treble.

I forecast Leeds would let the leader's shield slip, but would raise their game for GF success....hope I'm right.....and that Sinfield will be back next game. If not I fear that is it now.....then I just hope Huddersfield win the GF and not Wigan
