Bluey was wise enough in the RL press this week only to refer to Graham's 'bad sportsmanship'. He refused to be drawn on anything further. That shows IMO that Bluey does indeed know it is a dodgy route to travel to start pulling apart someone professionally in print.

I don't care about Leeds own code. That's your code, not ours. Whatever our code is, is what is relevant to our players. It isn't Bluey's job to comment upon our players just as it isn't Potter's job to comment on yours.

It is somethong that totally and without question warrants action by the club (but not by anyone else at this stage) IMO.

Keith, irrespective of the disiplinary panel, will get an internal fine by the club and I bet you he has had a good talking to by Bluey about loosing his rag.

I hope Mr Potter does at least sit Mr Graham down and tells him if he behaves like that again, no matter about the circumstances, he will find himself taking a rest for a game or two.

well potter had no problem commenting on keefs!! Saying in his post match that "before senior stated practising his boxing"!! If thats not mixing it for the media and the disiplinery I don't know what is!!

Player gets injured playing rugby shocker, IMO the forearm by Meli on Donald was far more dangerous, just that some Saints fans don't see bad tackles by their own players.

he has already pleaded guilty.

The fact that he as lodged an appeal may be a technicality (there will be a time limit / deadline) and it doesnt follow that an appeal will actually take place

I don't think most Leeds fans on here have been defending his actions. I do think they have been, like me, defending the over-reaction from Saints fans!

Interesting that the real facts, with which the panel clearly agree given there comments after the hearing, is that JJB was looking to turtle the player and got himself into a very poor technique within the tackle and he admitted putting undue pressure on the arm... it was a poor tackle and he pleaded guilty. Now, given JJB passed excellent disciplinary record and his admission of guilt the facts are that you have got to give him the benefit of that excellent record and acknowledge some belief in him saying that it was not intentional. Now, if we had say Terry Newton in front of the panel with similar story I am sure, like me and probably the panel, you might be justified in saying "well you know what Terry, we don't believe you" but JJB?

You and many other (but by know means all) Saints fans are the ones who are lacking persepctive on the chicken wing incident!
