I suppose disregarding something you've disregarded might be an interesting philosophical exercise, but then as most people disregard your opinion I'm not sure it would be anything but an exercise in futility. But no doubt you're an expert on that too.
Bailey is, and will probably always be, a big daft lad with few skills and a lot of aggression, takes a lot more than that to make a decent RL player.'"
You dont even have the thinking capacity to understand WHY your entire post was disregarded.

| Quote ="thebloodbath"Ah dummy's. You mean the one that pudding Graham spat out. Graham elected not to stand toe-to-toe with Ryan Bailey, for obvious reasons. Graham knows his limits, and the power of Ryan Bailey is beyond him.
And the fact that Graham was so rattled with Baileys legal flooring of Maurie, says a hell of a lot more about Graham than anyone else. If you can't handle the heat........'"
Graham was so rattled he made the match winning try

| Quote ="thebloodbath"Ryan Bailey - How good is this guy? He rattles cages like no other in Super League. His huge, legal, shoulder charge laid the ineffective Maurie out. The fan fare afterwards was pathetic. He went in with the shoulder, and the Saints players who cried at that - get a grip. After the hit, Bailey stood straight up and stood his ground. Notice how no Saints player went toe-to-toe with him, just pudding Graham frothing at the mouth, 10m away. And when Graham did put him down, he was third man in when Bailey was static, yeah you showed him. And people say Bailey just does third man in. He was also unlucky when he drove himself into the un-tackled Saints player. I think the penalty was for him being too rough. Bless. He went down with his shoulder and massive body weight. I just get the feeling if it was JP that shoulder charged Maurie, for the same result, nothing would have been said. Bailey's hated by opposition players and fans. And I adore his gritty style, and I have a striong feeling that he loves it too. His huge hit dragged us back in the game, Saints were rattled and we edged our way back into it, thanks to Ryan Bailey. More of the same please Ryan.'" Round of frkkkin applause. Bailey changed the game. Graham almost cost them it. Nobody seems to be able to see that. Whilst Bailey was busy playing and Graham was busy shouting from 15 metres away we pulled back to within 6. When Graham's tantrum was over and he got back to doing what he does he was excellent. He needs, however, to stop acting as an enforcer because he's going to get hurt if he messes with the real big boys like Ryan.
Reminds me of Fielden back in the day, cracking, almost unstoppable go-forward prop but when he tried to play big boy games he generally got his bottom smacked.
Classic Ryan!

Graham almost cost Saints the game?! He was absolutely immense.
You might want to have a look at how many carries/metres/offloads/tackles Graham made last night in comparison to Bailey.
Burgess was your best player.

| Classic Bailey indeed.
When he took that first drive after knocking out Fasavalu, running at Graham was a first class play. Graham was on full tilt and had he got there before the Saints defence intervened drawing a penalty was the minimum Leeds could have expected.
There was a good chance he could have provoked Graham enough to get him sent off.
Intelligent play, classic Bailey, just a shame that Bentham resorted to making up "swinging arms" and "tackling too rough" rules later in the game.

With respect, there aren't any Sculthorpes' knocking around the league these days (and I know his brother is technically a Sculthorpe but you know what I mean). Scully was a cheap shot machine, but he could back it up and often did. One of the greatest players of the modern era and genuine tough guy, but he's retired and you are just going to have to face life without a genuine hard man in your team.

He was when he was stood out in the centres for most of the second half, taking the ball in 2 or 3 times in the entire remainder of the game

| Dont you know Saddened? Stats are meaningless if it paints a whinos player in a bad light. However, if the stats are good for a whinos player, it clearly demonstrates how good they are.

Is this Bailey the lazy s-hit house with 3 Championship winning rings compared to the Ginger Scouser with 1?
Maybe if the Ginger Scouser did more work, and got his team mates to stop hiding and do the same he could be classed in the same league as the Leeds players. Just a thought.

| LOL you gotta love the leeds fans. They are a modern day version of the wigan fans, but with less class. Anytime you try to argue about performances they have to list some team trophies.
I will drag myself down to their level.
How many man of steels has Ryan Bailey won? How many times has James Graham been to prison?
Laters!

Saints have won more Super League titles than your precious Rhinos, so the old revert to the past arguement isn't going to work for you either.
You lot are knighting Ryan Bailey based on ONE decent tackle in an otherwise average performance. You have a 31 page thread criticising him, but because he came up with one good tackle against a player struggling massively for form, he's suddenly your hero?
