Is true though that a Cas win tomorrow should pretty much get them the LLS barring a massive collapse. Will still be favourites even if you lose but would still have some work to do.

Big night tomorrow for all the league. Obviously the Leeds/Cas game but we've also got Saints/Salford, the former needs to win to keep up hopes of catching the top 4. A Salford win would really strengthen their top 4 hopes. 4th vs 5th with Hull vs Wakey and Hudds vs Wigan, loser looking over their shoulder with slim chances of top 4 gone and the winner still with a slight hope.

Add in Wire vs Catalans on Saturday with the loser looking pretty much certain for the middle 8's then it's a really important week with all 6 games having real meaning to them yet people haven't really talked about it and instead moaned about new structures.

Can't see past a comfortable Cas win. Big Brian appears to be full of it though so we'll see.

As for the LLS, yes it is good to win, but it doesnt define your season like the GF or CC, just ask Wire fans

yep strange isn't it, we knew we had an all time great, no one else did but now they all have 20/20 hindsight vision

Always liked Sinfield , game changing player and even when his legs had gone , his rugby brain made up for it. I know we have this local rivalry but I would still prefer a top 4 of Cas Leeds Wakey and Hudds than the likes of Wigan . Good luck tomorrow and for the rest of the season .

Challenge cup is a poor achievement in comparison. You only have to look at this year for that, with the draw we have had. Can anyone honestly say if Leeds won it this year it is a better achievement than a club like Cas finishing top of league? That would be some barrell scraping.

Sinfield was a true workhorse who would put his heart on the line for Leeds. Along with his leadership skills he just made for a great player. Definitely think he is the type of player Leeds are missing as your team is pretty good on paper. However, I do think you need to change it up in the halves next season. Bring in somebody with some flare who can control the game for you.

Yes, winning the CC is far better than the hub cap. Ask Huddersfield fans if they would trade theirs from a few years back for it, i'm sure they would. Or would Hull trade their CC 2016 with whoever finished top...iv'e actually forgotten already who that was.

True. Whilst finishing top after 30 rounds is the "better achievement" if you asked most fans AND players they'd pick CC over LLS. For all our easy run in the cup so far, to win it we could still be looking at beating the current cup holders in a semi final and then the current SL champions at Wembley (which we've never done before) so it would hardly be a walk in the park to lift that trophy and two matches that would be tougher than any league fixture Cas have had.

As fans maybe but I bet if you ask the players which they would consider to be the higher achievement they would say the LLS

bet they wouldn't. Wembley win as opposed to what? it means nothing

Option A - win the CC and finish 2nd in the table
Option B - win the LLS but get knocked out of the cup early rounds.

If you asked the fans AND players to vote at the start of the year which they'd prefer then option A would not only win but it'd be a landslide.
