erm, it was one of the 'perks' of this years season ticket that next seasons prices would be the same as this. i suppose that this is a universal price freeze though, applying to thise without a season ticket this year

I love the way GH positions it as an act of kindness on behalf of the club to its economicaly embattled supporters needing the distraction of a season ticket. Nothing to do with inflation being close to zero and last season's increase being above inflation then?

At times the statements from the club seem contemptuous of the supporters intelligence.

yes, but he no doubt aims the statements at the majority of the clubs supporters so he should maybe dumb the statements down a bit.

I am in shock........... I had to call at the ticket office today and I was told I couldn't renew our season tickets yet as they couldn't take the money yet and that they would be sending letters out and we would have to wait until we received it.
Which is all rather strange as I understood from the information coming out of HQ that season tickets were going on sale after the Saints match.

GH turning money away - most unlike him

tried getting 3 cards charged today for the play off. told the dizzy cow our names, address,row and seat numbers and she said she had to have our individual customer numbers to access the system.
i pointed out it had never need them before and she eventually got our details. she then couldn't charge the cards due to a problem at there end and said she would post paper tickets out and we would have to pay postage.
she was told in no uncertain terms the fault was theres and they would stand the postage or they could stick next season up there rings!

In fairness when I was in there at lunchtime it was fairly busy. The staff were kept busy on the phones and there was a queue at the desk with 3 girls working. The security guy said it had been non-stop all morning. You're lucky when I rang up without the numbers the stroppy 'person' I spoke to would not deal with my request.
