How can we take Macdonald or Stone?
We don't have a quota space available.
Or is there dispensation on quota spots as well as salary cap?

In that case there'll be plenty of interest in their overseas players.
I'd definitely take Lafai. Wrong side of 30, but still quality.
I like Shane Wright as well.

Didn’t we do something similar with Wellington Albert when Widnes got into difficulty. Anyone signed from Widnes was given exemption from cap and quota for the length of that intial contract.

Salford should have done the honourable thing end of last season and stepped down from SL and allowed London to keep their place.
With the IMG grading system this makes should not have happened and makes the game look bad
