We drew Wakefield away, Saints at home, Leigh at Home, Warrington and Castleford - I would say that was a pretty soft draw. They didn't play a top 4 side on their own ground during the whole campaign. Wakey, Leigh and Cas were soft draws.

Also not sure where this we have two top prop forwards comes from in regards to JP and Kylie.
JP yes will give his all but struggled towards the end of the season and Kylie was effective for about 10 minutes per game.
I think if we are really looking to those two to keep us in the top four. Then we could be in more trouble than many think.
What we need is another good prop which I am sure is out there.
Possibly in Australia willing to come over for a couple of years.

Unless the people involved (Huby & Leeds) actually confirm an offer was made then it is actually an unconfirmed rumour, regardless of how you heard it and who from.

I can understand us not wanting to pay a fee for a player who we could only have for 1 year. It's effectively paying a fee for a 1 year loan.
If he'd been available permanently I'd have been much more tempted to go for him.
