Watkins has been poor for a couple of years. Be really good to see him back to his best. just turning 29 these should be his prime years and with such a big 18 months for England we need him.

Toronto will be complying with the rules of the cap; there are various exemptions and restrictions on trial players and that's what the Gigot deal will be following.

Yes but you can't put a rule out there showing what it is with trial players. Then the very same week, Toronto break that without any further notification of anything different to the rules. They are publically sticking two fingers up to the rules, and as far as everyone is concerned are breaking them. Of course that applies only to people who use their heads, not those posters who just work on what announcements are made at the time.
