The way things are playing out, I expect leeds to be soundly beaten by huddersfield in the first round of the playoffs.

They should be able to pull it together the week after where i then expect huddersfield to club call leeds as the lowest ranked team, to set up a rematch which I think leeds will edge sending them once again back to old trafford to face wigan or warrington.

If they play wigan they play a team they have never beaten in a major final. Warrington and it's intriguing rematch from 12 months prior.

Then again we could beat Wigan and beat Warrington and have a week off before the semis

I would expect the whole team to be up for it. Although the result is to a certain extent irrelevant it's time for both teams to try and get some fluency back before the play offs.

Sam's role has evolved this season, most teams are playing a rush defence out wide to try and prevent the ball getting to him in a dangerous position hence he is being increasingly used as a foil with other players getting the ball instead.

Rather go to Huddersfield anyway

Could Delaney, JJB and Maguire play for Hunslet on Sunday to get some more game time ?

Wouldn't start both Delaney and JJB. Otherwise you're going to end up with both of them probably blowing well before half-time. Start one, rotate the other one in off the bench.

Be interesting to see if Mac plays Macca again this year.

Could easily run with Sutcliffe, McGuire, Burrow and Sinfield covering the bases.

If so, Burrow will be straight back at hooker, as with Sinfield there Leeds' last tackle plays are awful.

I would love us to go back to burrow off the bench again which worked so well two years ago.starting with either sinfield or macca at 9.cant see that happening like,but we do have many options again which can only be a good thing at this time of the year.

Quite funny to see both Wane and Burrow interviewed on Sky Sports News this afternoon. Sky Sports News presenters trying to 'big up' the 3rd vs 4th Clash, with Wane and Burrow both trying to be as politically correct as possible, but both stating '3rd or 4th doesnt make any difference, we'll have a tough play-off game regardless'.....
