That said, to be fair to the lad, he does have a skill set, and I genuinely don’t see him offering any less than Martin should he be put in back row today.

Excited by the prospect of Sutcliffe on the wing, ran some great lines and scored our only real try last week - back where he belongs!

Much more direct, getting the basics done then earning the right to play. Well done so far just hope they dont go away from what works. One continued note for concern though is still the lack of cohesion on attacking plays and last tackles.

Looking forward to the "thar win doesnt count cos Salford was poor" posts this week.

I'm never really that bothered by the opposition, it's the intention of what they're trying to do and how they're trying to play.

You can perform in a way that doesn't just get the 2 points but that's laying foundations for the games ahead.

Much more balanced and organised performance tonight Myler and Handley took their hatricks well, Oldezki was outstanding in our pack tonight, Salford were poor and are probably a bottom 4 imo but we took are chances tonight. Myler looks like a player playing for a contract next year i could see the club giving him a 1 year extension and become our utility player.

Agreed. Played well tonight against an in form team who hammered Hull last time out. The pack were much better and Lui was much better

I thought that was maybe the best performance of this year, maybe in a par with the Warrington game.

Thought Oledski, Myler, Lui and Handley were all very good. But it was a great performance from the whole team really.

We need that. Hopefully gain a bit of confidence from that.

Cuthbos injury looks nasty hopefully he isnt too bad.
