I have just heard that a half empty can of diet coke was left on a shop window ledge at the back of our butchers at around 4pm. I think it's going to be mayhem on the high street tonight if that's left there.
A gang of spotty youths have been spotted outside the village hall on chess club night carrying what appeared to be small wooden boxes and checkered boards. I can only imagine the damage to a police riot vehicle those could cause in the hands of an angry 14 year old.
